The Principality of Monaco has its future neighborhood

Monaco expands and extends back to the sea. The Principality will develop a new area of 6 hectares. This new location will feature including 60,000 m² of housing, public facilities, an extension of the Grimaldi Forum, a public parking, an animated port, planted one hectare park and a coastal promenade.
