In reality it is not a new building, it is a huge cruise boat which is actually in Monaco’s harbor. During 10 days the boat is travelling along the mediterranean. It stopped in 8 cities (Palma de Majorca,Spain – Ajaccio, France – Civitavecchia, Italy – La Spezia, Italy – Monte-Carlo, Monaco – Toulon, France – Barcelona, Spain – Ibiza, Spain)
The Mein Shiff 3 a construction of the German company TUI Cruises, was delivered in May 22, 2014 by the STX Finland shipyard in Turku. The ship began its inaugural cruise on June 13, 2014. Commissioned in september 2011, the Mein Shiff 3 was completed in record time.
It has a length of 295 meters and a width of 35,8 meters and a draft of 8 meters. It has a gauge of 99 700 GT and has 1253 staterooms and suites (10 duplex), 90% external and 82% are equipped with a balcony. Reinfoces by about 1,000 crew members, the ship, registered in Malta, can reach a speed of 21,7 knots. With 15 bridges, it offers many public spaces, including 11 restaurants and bars, and 12 bars and lounges, on a total area of 17,795 m2. 4592 are only for the restaurants and 1700 for the spa and the gym.
